Yahoo! Small Business Web Hosting operates slightly differently than most other web site builders. For example, the site builder software becomes available to you through a download after you sign up for the hosting service. This is not an online solution, rather the software runs on your own PC. Once you design the site (or edit it) you must upload it to the server.

The good news is that they offer a lot of features. The bad news is that it's not quite as user-friendly as some of the other site builders on the market today. They certainly have a name and a reputation to back up the service.

Domain name registration is free when you sign up which is nice, but they charge a set-up fee so it ends up canceling itself out. Domain renewals are free for as long as you continue the service.

If you're interested in selling products online, they offer a broad range of E-commerce services and features. The fees are higher than most and they charge a transaction fee of up to 1.5%; however, the additional marketing power available may offset these higher fees.
